DUTCH GIRL CANNABIS BROWNIES

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup hot water
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • ½ cup CannaPunch Cannabis Cooking Oil
  • ¾ cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a gallon-sized zip lock bag: add flour, chocolate chips, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Preheat oven to 325 F & Grease an 8x8in pan
  3. In a large bowl whisk the hot water, CannaPunch Cannabis Cooking oil, eggs, and vanilla extract together until well combined.
  4. Add brown mix from the bag, to the wet ingredients.  Mix until batter is smooth.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.  Bake for 40-45 minutes until done. Allow to cool before cutting into 2×2” squares.
This entire recipe makes 12 servings. Each brownie contains approximately 4mg of THC

THE PERFECT CANNA CHOCO-CHIP COOKIE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 8oz bottle of CannaPunch Cannabis Cooking Oil
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 325° F
  2. Stir together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the CannaPunch Cannabis Cooking oil and the sugars together until smooth.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, and then add the vanilla and almond extracts.
  5. Bend in the dry ingredients, and then fold in the chocolate chips. 
  6. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes in preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing from sheet.
